Remote Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, operational workflows, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Receive, prioritize, and respond to project-related communications and requests.
- Track project progress and provide updates to management, clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, project activities, and work across multiple teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, invoices, expenses, and payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate payments to field agents, contractors, and vendors while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Identify challenges proactively and support process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort using computers, email, and common business software.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, accountability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to responsibly handle confidential business, financial, and personal information.
Preferred, Not Required
- Experience in project coordination, project management, customer service, administration, operations, logistics, or dispatching.
- Remote work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management software, or basic financial recordkeeping.
